Oiled Leather Leads

Oiled leather (greased leather) is a heavy oiled cowhide leather. The colour is deeply impregnated and the natural structure of the leather is clearly visible. These leads provide a comfortable grip and are known for its good resilience and weather resistance.

After short use oiled leather developes an "Used-Effect" which is called "Patina". The colour becomes darker and the leather becomes much softer. This is typical for this kind of leather and not a flaw!

Leather is a natural product, therefore please allow colour deviations within a hue and it might show some irregularities.

Thickness of this leads: 3,5 - 4 mm, stretches a bit

The leads can be embellished with colourful cords to create unique colour combinations matching your new sighthound collar!

These leads are available in following width:

  • 12 mm, for small dogs (up to 15 Kg)
  • 15 mm, for medium sized dogs (up to 30 Kg)
  • More widths might be available on request
